Raised in a boisterous, extended musical family, there was only one way forward to me; whatever lay ahead, that life would be with music. As an inner-city Puerto Rican, equally comfortable with Latin, R&B, Rock and American Traditional music, I met Desmond in my teens – Maria and Diana shortly thereafter. So, what began as friendships during the tumultuous, vibrant, funky 70’s, became Desmond Child & Rouge, my second extended musical family, with all the crazy love families have.
